At Number 14 B&B we provide stylish, comfortable Brighton bed and breakfast accommodation at our historic regency town house. Perfectly situated in a peaceful location in Upper Rock Gardens, our B&B is only a few minutes walk from the lively centre of Brighton and the bustling seafront attractions.
Number 14 B&B is decorated to an extremely high standard and is run by owners Phil and Nick. The six en-suite bedrooms are all individually styled and furnished, providing a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.
Whether you are visiting Brighton on business or on holiday, for a special occasion or just a few nights away, for its exciting nightlife, fabulous shopping, glorious promenades and beaches or simply to enjoy a serene and tranquil break, a stay at Number 14 will complete your visit.
Our guests stay with us to celebrate birthdays, weddings and anniversaries; as a base to explore Brighton's Lanes and bustling pubs and restaurants; and as a place to stop and relax in between enjoying Brighton's many arts events and festivals, including Brighton Pride.
We are renowned for our fresh home-cooked breakfasts, prepared by owner Phil. Guests can choose from full English and vegetarian options (we also cater for vegans), as well as a full range of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, toast, tea and coffee.
Please Note: Number 14 B&B is a non-smoking establishment. Guests' pets are not permitted on the premises. Off street parking available - just ask us about purchasing a hotel guest parking permit. Check-in times: 2pm to 9pm. Check-out time: 11am. We do accept arrivals after 9pm except by prior arrangement. Please let us have an approximate arrival time. Important note: We do not accept stag or hen parties - any stag or hen parties which book at Number 14 B&B will be refused entry without refund.
