The reception is staffed guaranteed every day from 9 am to 1.30 pm, but if your arrival time is after 1.30 pm the property will send you an entry code in order to independently access the property.

If you want to leave your luggage we can store this without any time restrictions, we just need to be informed at least a day before the departure. In this case, we will leave you a pair of keys which will allow you to come back to pick it up whenever you want to, after that the keys must be left in a dedicated box. You can also use the toilet before leaving.

From the central station "Santa Maria Novella": you can reach us easily in 10 minutes walking. Come out from the left of the station and you will find a street called Via Nazionale, go straight until the first traffic light, then turn right onto Via Guelfa, the first street on the left is Via San Zanobi. After 50m on the right you will find Soggiorno Pezzati at the number 22.

From the airport: take the shuttle bus in front of the "Departures" which will take you to the central train station and then follow the instructions to walk from the station. Alternatively, you can take a taxi.

Please note that tourists visiting the city of Florence will be requested to pay a Tourist Tax of €3.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. This tax is not included in the price of the room and must be paid directly at reception upon arrival.
