The Pear Tree Inn is a newly opened, exceptional AA awarded 5 Gold Star guesthouse, set deep in the heart of the Suffolk countryside, just outside the bustling market towns of Bury Saint Edmunds & Thetford. Our comfortable, intimate property is the perfect destination for a luxury escape from the hustle & bustle of daily life. Whether you're travelling for business, looking for a romantic getaway for two, or looking to explore some fantastic local walks with the whole family (including your four-legged friends!), you'll find The Pear Tree Inn the perfect setting.
Located in the village of Troston & just two doors down from sister property The Bull Freehouse, owners Ben & Sam built this guesthouse to compliment their award winning pub. Here you can find that quintessential English pub & inn that exudes Suffolk charm, paired with peerless service, a daily changing menu, one of the best wine & spirits selections East Anglia has to offer & of course the ubiquitous log burner we all love to sit beside! In the Summer there is a beautiful courtyard garden to relax in and a large garden at The Bull Freehouse to while away an afternoon.
From muddy boots to Champagne flutes, a warm welcome awaits!
