Reception is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Upon check-in, a security deposit is required: $50 for a single bedroom, $100 for an apartment/villa (credit card only). All guests must provide a valid photo ID upon check-in. Special Requests are subject to availability.

If you anticipate arriving outside reception hours, please arrange check-in by calling the Resident Assistant. The Resident Assistant's number can be found in the confirmation email and on the Village Reception door. If arriving between 22:00 and 8:00, arrange check-in via email prior to arrival.

Failure to vacate the room or return keys by 10 am on the departure date will result in an additional daily room charge. Lost or damaged keys will incur a charge.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in apartments or rooms. Guests found smoking will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $200. In case of a false fire alarm activation, a fee (up to $2000, confirm with Reception) will be passed on to you.

Guests are responsible for ensuring a valid Village parking permit is visibly displayed in their vehicle at all times while parked in the Village car park. Please refer to designated parking bays in the areas around the University. The Village accepts no responsibility for any personal items or belongings left in the room.

Payment can be made using credit cards (Visa and Mastercard). The village does not accept Cash, Diners or American Express. For standard bookings, the first night's payment is taken as a deposit, with the remaining amount due upon check-in. For non-refundable bookings, the full payment is charged. All bookings are subject to a pre-authorisation charge on a valid Visa or Mastercard credit card, and charges may apply in the case of any damages or incidentals.

Directions:

By Car: WSU Village is easy to get to. Located on Bourke Street, Richmond. Just take the M7 and get off at the Blacktown Exit. From here just follow Richmond Road, which then turns into Blacktown Road.

By Air: Sydney Airport. Taxi from the airport will cost around $160 - $170 and will take about 1 hour. You can catch a taxi at the Taxi Rank at the airport, domestic or international.

By Train: North Shore and Western train line. The closest station is Richmond with a 10-15 walk from the station.
