Main conference reception closed so went to the security building, Very confusing finding the block, Room very clean and tidy, wi-fi kept dropping out every 30 seconds. nice little fridge and welcome tea/coffee basket. Room had ironing board, hairdryer and was warm. Suggest adding a map to the booking response. Suggest separate week day and weekend instructions on how to get your room key. Thank you and i will stay again

Room size and layout, with good desk space for work, exceeded all expectations. Security staff very friendly. Cleaning staff kept room in beautiful condition. Room stocked with all essentials, toiletries etc. Recycling options on site and landscaped pond and park. Drake and duck with ducklings a highlight. Would definitely look to stay here again.

Excellent accommodation in a beautiful setting, about ten minutes walk from Barnes station. I had a very clean and comfortable room with tea-making facilities and bathroom toiletries. The staff on duty were most helpful and accompanied me to the accommodation block. Highly recommended.

Arrived late and the security staff were so very friendly and helpful in getting my car onsite and parked and on directing me in the morning to the meeting I had onsite. Would definitely look to use again when I am next in the area.
