Great value for money if you just want an ensuite room without additional facilities ( although did include tea/coffee making facilities and a mini fridge in the room). Free parking was very useful. Our pre-arrival enquiry was responded to promptly and everybody we dealt with was friendly and helpful, Walkable to local pubs for an evening meal. We would definitely stay here again.

Room size and layout, with good desk space for work, exceeded all expectations. Security staff very friendly. Cleaning staff kept room in beautiful condition. Room stocked with all essentials, toiletries etc. Recycling options on site and landscaped pond and park. Drake and duck with ducklings a highlight. Would definitely look to stay here again.

When we arrived we followed the instructions which were clear. The room was immaculately clean, the bed was very comfortable. The extra pillow in the wardrobe was appreciated, as was the hairdryer. Good selection of toilet toiletries, tea coffee and hot chocolate as well as biscuits. The room was warm and we will definitely be returning.

I enjoyed my 2-day stay at Elm Grove. My one suggestion would be to provide a lighter blanket in the room - the duvet and provided blanket were both too warm for my comfort, but as the bed didn't have a top sheet, I didn't have any other options. Other than that, the room was quite nice, and this is a small issue.

Excellent accommodation in a beautiful setting, about ten minutes walk from Barnes station. I had a very clean and comfortable room with tea-making facilities and bathroom toiletries. The staff on duty were most helpful and accompanied me to the accommodation block. Highly recommended.

Lovely room with view over the lake. Slight problem with shower curtain, water escaped on other side as well! Perhaps a shower screen?

Room very clean. Very safe. Security staff very helpful. Overall a very good place to staff. Thank you.

If a micro oven to heat up simple instant food were available, it would be perfect.

A lovely clean room, easy check-in, good facilities, and even parking. All good.
