Cancellation terms: The guest charges for the accommodation must be paid in full either in advance or upon arrival.
Goldsmith House prefers payment to be made by debit card or credit card, but are unable to accept American Express or Diners club cards. Please note that we cannot accept cash payments.
48 hours is allowed prior to arrival for cancellation, failure to do so on time will result in you being charged for the first night stay.
If guests require to check out earlier than intended with a reduction in the length of stay, it is with regret a refund is not possible as the room cannot be re-let at short notice.

Guests have access to self catering facilities which include; fridge-freezers, oven-grills, toasters, kettles and microwaves. The property is within a few minutes' walk to cafes, fast food outlets and restaurants.
Goldsmiths House has a beautiful back garden - perfect for a picnic.
Bedrooms include the following facilities; single bed and mattress, wardrobe, underbed storage, curtains, desk and chair, Internet access (extra charge), washbasin and vanity mirror.
Onsite facilities include; Ironing board, vacuum cleaner, launderette, CCTV, secure key fob entry system, bike storage and payphone. Other on-site shared facilities include; 24-hour reception, 2 common room, shared bathrooms (male and female only), TV lounge, cleaning service (communal areas – Monday to Friday), staff onsite during office hours and security staff onsite (evenings and weekends).
