Directions: From Durham head north toward Stockton Road (A177) and turn right onto Stockton Road, at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Hallgarth Street and continue onto New Elvet, at the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Leazes Road (A690) and continue to follow A690. Go through one roundabout and at the next roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A1(M) ramp to Newcastle/Gateshead and merge onto A1(M), continue on the A1 and take the A167 exit toward Gateshead (South).
