There is paid parking available near the property, but none designated for 15 Maddison Street.  Free overnight parking is available on street and in nearby car parks.  Do read car park signs carefully to check times

House Rules:

• No under 25's Unless accompanied by a lead guest of 25 or older.
• The latest can receive a confirmed booking for check-in on the same day is 6 PM. No bookings confirmed after 6 PM with same day arrival.
• Security Deposit of £200.00, in respect of which they will be provided a security deposit receipt. Post guest departure, once the property has been cleaned and inspected, guests’ security deposits will be returned minus any requisite deductions required in respect of damage or items missing from the property. Within 3 days of departure, guest deposits will normally have been returned to guest accounts.
• In all areas of the property, smoking is strictly forbidden, £200.00 will be charged if there is evidence of smoking in the property. 
• A cleaning fee of £30.00
