The outstanding booking value will be charged at arrival. The hotel accepts payment in cash and credit card, except American Express.
Since January 1, 2014 guests have to pay the so-called city-tax upon arrival. The city-tax is imposed by the city of Berlin in the amount of 5% on the room rate. The city-tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid in cash at the hotel.

Reception is on the 2nd floor, which can be comfortably reached with a historical lift.
Opening hours are between 6am and 8pm. For arrivals after 8pm, please get in touch prior arrival for the key-code. Please find the contact details on your booking confirmation.
Parking: parking spaces in the inner city are very rare. For those, who want to travel by car, a parking-vignette can be supplied but is a matter of your own expense. For the first two days, a charge of € 2.50 per day will be applied, additionally to a small deposit for the parking-vignette. Unfortunately, there are no indoor parking spaces available at the hotel.
Beware if you are travelling by car that you need to possess a so-called „green environmental certificate“. Directions: Underground Number U7 is only 50 meters walking distance from the Hotel Pension
Via A24: From Hamburg/Rostock follow the motorway (A100) towards Dresden and exit at “Kurfürstendamm”. Turn left into the “Kurfürstendamm” until the underground station "Adenauerplatz" is reached; turn right into the “Brandenburgische Straße”; the hotel is only about 400m down the road.
