The building dates back to 1910 and has been upgraded to accommodate a maximum of 23 guests over 18 rooms to both the front and the rear of the premises.
The last up-grade was completed in 2015 to be compliant with regulations.
The Guest House offers Traditional or Continental breakfast (available for an additional charge).
There is a number of Bars, Cafes and good Restaurants at walking distance.
There is a Cycle path just opposite the Guest House which runs for 5 miles along the beach.
Clyne Gardens is a short ride as well as Mumbles and its Light House.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the premises.
A common sitting area with TV is available for guests to use.
Luggage storage can be arranged with the owners and their staff.
