Room was clean and efficiently equipped with towel and two toilet rolls (this is not a given at some of the places I have stayed). Staff were helpful and friendly, even with members of our group who arrived at some odd hours. Booking was a little bit ragged and I had to send a lot of emails to get it sorted, but the responses were swift and detailed, with a full resolution reached. Good value for the location on a weekend.

Overall, the room and facilities were good, but the fixed showerhead was inconvenient. The common kitchen facilities were clean and excellent. Adding a USB charging port would be also a great improvement.
