综述

Lucy Cavendish College student accommodation is situated within a 10-15 minute walk of the city centre, but away from the hustle and bustle. The College offers free WIFI and car parking to its guests whilst staying in College, at the main College site.

Clean and comfortable, the student rooms are ensuite, centrally heated and bath and hand towels are provided, as well as complimentary toiletries. Tea and coffee making facilities are also provided either in the bedroom or a nearby kitchen, which is equipped so that guests can prepare snacks if they wish.

Pleased with a accommodation. Stayed with our toddler and she loved our room as it had plenty of cupboards (with pots and pans), drawers, sofa and a chair and a very spacious room arrangement. It was a bit chilly at night so we switched on the electric heater. Would definitely stay again.

I had a lovelys tay at Lucy Cavendish College. The ensuite room was big enough for one person and the bed was firm but comfortable. If you do not mind the doorm room-style and being located a short walk away from pubs and bars, Lucy Cavendish College provides great value for money.

The kindness and professionalism of the porters were exceptional. The breakfast was also very nice, and the place is wonderful. In future visits to Cambridge I will strongly consider the college as a place to stay (if there are rooms available).

Porters were so kind and friendly, I would book again just for them! A hotel would be much comfier and have greater facilities, but it was excellent value for money and means that Cambridge is right on your doorstep.

I had a wonderful stay at Lucy Cavendish College. The porters were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the location was convenient for exploring downtown. Would definitely recommend!

Room and bathroom good size. Bed very comfortable. Use of kitchen a bonus. Beautiful gardens. 5 min walk into centre and parking a bonus. Porters were lovely and really helpful.

Arrival information & directions

On arrival, please report to the Porters' Lodge (first building on the left as you come into the College's private road) where you will be given a key and directed to your room(s).

By Road: M11 Junction 13, turn right at sliproad traffic lights, then go straight over next traffic lights, continue straight for a mile. When you can see that the road terminates at a mini roundabout about 150 metres ahead, you will come to a pedestrian crossing with traffic lights, look for a left turn marked 'Huntingdon, A14, Arbury, Shire Hall'. Take this, then first left into Lucy Cavendish College.

Car parking is available at the College.

On Foot: Lucy Cavendish College is 10 minutes to the north of the city centre, just off "The Backs". It is situated on the corner of Lady Margaret Road and Madingley Road.

For guests who are allocated a room at the Histon Road student accommodation, further instructions will be given on arrival at the Porters' Lodge.
