Lypiatt House Hotel, Cheltenham

历史

Lypiatt House was built around 1887 as a very large Victorian Villa. The hotel is set in its own grounds and sits amongst the very elegant Georgian Squares and Crescents, built in the Regency period for wealthy Georgians visiting the Spa waters in Cheltenham, and so Cheltenham became a tourist destination some 200 years ago. It still retains it's period history and beautiful buildings, giving the town an air of traditional style with a new contemporary touch with a great nightlife and top shopping.

Breakfast is included in the price of the stay. Good choice of fresh fruits, cereals, juices and plenty of cooked options for the second course. The Lypiatt offers a spacious elegant drawing room for communal use by the guests with a conservatory alongside where you will find an “honesty” bar for those who wish to enjoy a drink.

The main shopping area is within walking distance from the house where a large selection of restaurants can be found.
