A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit when booking hotel accommodation offers is required, balances payable on departure. This is stated on the terms and conditions of the individual offers. Children under 15 occupying their own bedrooms will be charged at 100% of room rate.
Any special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and if conditions are not fully met, then the standard tariff will apply.
Cancellations must be received in writing. If a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit has been paid Matfen Hall will not refund this in cases of a cancellation. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of 15:00 on the date of arrival will be charged at 100% of the first nights rate.
It is highly recommend that a suitable travel/holiday insurance is in place at the time of booking. In the case of a no-show guests will be charged at 100% of the first nights rate unless a cancellation reference number can be provided.
