A continental breakfast is included in the price served 8.00am to 10.00am, and a full English breakfast is available which can be booked the night before. Evening meals also provided by Mayfield Hotel on request if booked in advance and a licensed Reception/Bar is located on the ground floor to serve alcoholic drinks. Open from 2.00pm to 10.00pm.
The opposite is the extremely popular and well maintained Knyveton Gardens where the more active can play tennis or bowling at an additional cost.
Surfers, cyclists and walkers are welcome and a secure brick constructed bike store is available free of charge together, with external washing and overnight drying facilities. Laundry facilities are available.
Free parking, together with parking for 5 cars outside the hotel which is available on request.
