The property is a new property in Bristol opening in 2024. In term time it is a student property used by the University of Bristol.

The property is self catering. Vending Machines are available in the reception. There are a large amount of local restaurants and takeaways and a large Asda store which is a 4 minute walk.

Good location but at least 20mims from Temple mead. Not 15 mins as advertised Kettle in kitchen but no cups. There was a vending machine. Lovely comfy duvet and pillows. Spotlessly clean Friendly reception staff. I felt safe staying here always a worry when travelling alone Highly recommend

Good modern student accommodation. Rooms quite small but all you needed. Very near train station. Didnt realise we had a kitchen - a bonus.
