N4U Guest House is located in the most beautiful area of Florence’s historical centre. Just right in front of Bargello Museum, between Piazza del Duomo and Piazza della Signoria, in 5 Via del Proconsolo.
Free coffee, tea and infusion facilities, free minibar with mineral water, free breakfast served in the room with service included.
All rooms have big windows and external overlook, free Internet Wi-Fi, air conditioning and private bathrooms which are both ensuite and exterior.

N4U guest House is not a hotel, every person is given a personal welcome. Check-in is available from 2.00pm to 6.00pm. However, you can check-in outside these hours from 6.00pm until 9.00pm for an additional fee of 30.00 euro, from 9.00pm until 11.00pm for an additional fee of 60.00 euro and later than 11.00pm with an add cost of 95.00 euro, if you inform in advance of your arrival time at the time of booking.
Check-out is no later than 10.00am According to room availability you can have a late Check-Out , no later than 5.00pm, for an additional fee of 49.00 euros.
N4U Guest House is located in the most beautiful area of Florence’s historical centre. Santa Maria Novella (Central Station) is just 1145m away. With 1 minute walking you can reach the Uffizi and the most vibrant shopping area, Via Roma, Via dei Calzaiuoli and Piazza della Repubblica. Palazzo Rucellai, Medici Chapel and Ponte Vecchio are 3 minutes walking.
Please note that tourists visiting the city of Florence will be requested to pay a Tourist Tax of €2.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. This tax is not included in the price of the room and must be paid directly at reception upon arrival.
