The Residence it is located in the centre of Fátima, a major pilgrimage destination since the events of 1917. Guests are within easy walking distance of the basilicas, the Chapel of the Apparitions, and the main esplanade.

Guests are asked to inform the Residence of their expected arrival time at least 30 minutes in advance and to ensure that a valid telephone number is provided when making the reservation.

The property does not have a reception. On arrival, guests must contact the numbers displayed at the entrance.

Check-in is available from 16:00 to 00:00. Early check-in may be possible, subject to availability, and has a €20 fee. Arrivals after 00:00 also carry a €20 late check-in fee.

Check-out is by 11:00. Late check-out until 13:00 may be arranged in advance for a €20 fee; after this time, an additional night is charged.

There is no daily cleaning service. Towels are changed every three days, and bed linen is changed every seven days.
