温馨的民宿由两栋全新的建筑组成，均位于罗马普拉蒂区的历史建筑群中，距离梵蒂冈博物馆和圣彼得大教堂仅几步之遥。
只需几分钟即可抵达一些主要的历史遗迹和旅游景点，例如梵蒂冈博物馆、西斯廷教堂和哈德良陵墓（圣天使堡）。奥塔维亚诺-圣彼得地铁站（A线）距离民宿仅150米，23路和70路公交车就在朱利亚纳大街上，因此前往罗马斗兽场、西班牙阶梯、特雷维喷泉、纳沃纳广场和著名的特拉斯提弗列区都非常方便。
An Italian-style breakfast is included in the price and is served in a pubblic café, just a few metres away from the B&B, where you can enjoy delicious pastries or sandwiches. The area is full of restourants, where you can taste typical Roman cuisine, taverns, fine dining options, where you can enjoy meat and fish, and nearby there are 2 wine shops, where you can taste top quality wine.
The Wi-Fi is free and is included in the price, with a broadband line. All rooms are equiped with air conditioning, fridge and minibar.

Please inform the accommodation about your arrival time. For check'in after 10.00pm there is an extra cherge f 20€.
On request it is possible to arrange tranfers from/to the Ciampino/Fiumicino (Leonardo da Vinci) aerports.
By train: From Termini Station take the underground Line A direction to Cipro-Musei Vaticani and get off after 6 stops at Ottaviano-S. Pietro station.
From the airport:
From Fiumicino, take the train Leonardo express (which is located inside the aerport) to Termini Station. Once there, take the underground Line A and follow the istructions above as in “By Train”.
Please note that tourists visiting the city of Rome will be requested to pay a Tourist Tax of €2.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. This tax is not included in the price of the room and must be paid directly at reception upon arrival.
