A full breakfast service (Extra charge £9.95 per person) is available from 7.00am to 9.00am Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 10.00am weekends and Bank Holidays.

Directions: From the M23/A23 follow the signs for the seafront, keep going until you see the Brighton Pier in front of you, then turn left and the hotel is 300 metres on the left-hand side along the seafront.
There is limited parking in front of the hotel sold on a first-come, first-served basis, charged at £10 per night and cannot be pre-booked. If parking is unavailable at the hotel, guests can park on street ‘Pay and Display’ areas or use the nearest ‘High Street’ Car Park which is just 5 minutes walking distance from us
