Superb location around the corner from BT tower. Lots of good pubs, restaurants, cafes in surrounding streets. Newly refurbished. Narrow bed, thin mattress. Unfortunately the toilet in my bathroom developed a leak during the night. The night supervisor had to convince her manager at 1.30am to be authorised to move me to another room (in the basement). That unfortunate episode aside, I'd consider staying again, mainly for location and modern facilities (including kitchens and laundry room).

I found the location very convenient for getting around London. The directions provided in my booking were great! The staff were helpful and welcming Lots of places to eat in the neighborhood. The only downside ws the weather - so hot. Thank goodness there was a fan in the room. I liked the ability to use the kitchen on my corridor. I would stay here again, but perhaps not in the summer!

Good value, no frills accommodation for what we needed. Thank you providing fans in the rooms as it was very hot & the corridors were stifling. A larger towel per person, a hand towel & bath mat would have been appreciated. We knew there was no kitchen access/tea-making facilities in advance but there are good cafes in the vicinity. Would stay here again.

The service and people were excellent. However, you could feel the springs in the mattress and the pillow was very small. I agree with other reviewers that it was quite warm in the room. The bathroom was clean enough but could be better. All in all it was as expected. The location was the best!

Unfortunately it was not possible to open the window. But the ventilator did good work. The slang of the shouwer is badly leaking. In the kitchen not enough spoons, forks and knives. The key system is wonderful. But coming to your friend staying on another floor caused problems.

Excellent location and room BUT kitchen poorly equipped. Need more cutlery and crockery. MUST have separate towels for drying up and drying hands + cloth for washing up and wiping kitchen surfaces.

Great place to stay, clean and good location. It would be great if there was a way to access a kitchen/drinks machine after 10 just to get a cup of tea, but overall a really good place to stay

Room clean and functional (greatly appreciated the fan). Improvements- more than one towel and a shower floor mat (slippy).

Great value, lovely staff. The surrounding area is full of places to eat and get coffees. Would certainly stay again.
