A working farm of 250 acres set in the wonderful rolling countryside right on the border between Devon and Cornwall. All rooms have views of the surrounding countryside with their own private bathroom with a good-sized bath, shower, colour television with Freeview, heated towel rails and tea & coffee making facilities. Directions: From Launceston (A30) take the B3254 to Bude through Yeolmbridge and turn right at Ladycross. When you reach Boyton T-junction with houses on the left, continue along the road past the Primary School on the left and 1/4 mile further on you will find Bradridge Farm on the right.

From Holsworthy take the A388 Launceston road until you reach Chapmans Well. Turn right before the garage and carry on through Boyton village past the Church and Hall until you reach the T-junction with houses in front of you. Turn right and then continue along the road past the Primary School on the left. 1/4 mile further on you will find Bradridge Farm on the right.
