You can be sure that Costislost B&B has gone out of the way to source the property's breakfast ingredients, wherever possible, from farmers and producers local to the Wadebridge area. A large south-facing garden sweeps down to woods and farmland, there are walks galore in nearby areas.

Each large bedroom has a seating area with a selection of teas, including herbal, a cafeteria and fair-trade ground coffee, spacious ensuite bathrooms which include a bath and shower, Neal's yard organic toiletries and fluffy, warm towels. Guests can relax in the sitting room with a cosy log fire which overlooks fields and woods. There is also a large social dining hall, whilst an additional lovely feature is the wonderful sunny, yoga/meditation room, which is open to all to enjoy.
