We are situated in the conservation area of Kemptown with its many restaurants, cafes and pubs. The beach is only a few minutes walk away, as are the pier, Brighton Pavilion and the hospital. Kemptown hosts a number of independent retailers and flea markets, while The Lanes and North Laine are also nearby.
Brighton is very close to the South Downs National Park, where you can enjoy stunning scenery and a variety of lovely walks.
Our Regency townhouse, built around 1807, has six bedrooms that are individually furnished with your comfort in mind; we aim to create a 'home from home' experience and to ensure that your stay with us is extra special.
Wifi is available throughout the guest house, while the rooms all have their own tea and coffee making facilities, flatscreen TVs, hairdryers and access to irons and ironing boards.
