Glasney Rooms, University Campus Penryn, has been welcoming guests since 2nd July 2012, offering affordability and friendly customer service. Book now and enjoy the wonder that is, Cornwall.

Just a 10-minute drive from Falmouth and the beaches of the Cornish South Coast, Cornwall Plus, Glasney Rooms offers Economy Double and Twin En-suite accommodation on the Penryn University Campus.

Set within landscaped gardens and the heritage grounds of an 18th-century manor house, the Penryn University Campus has many facilities including a café, shop, a pay-as-you-go sports centre and laundry facilities. The University Campus enjoys views of the surrounding countryside and Fal Estuary.

+ Lovely green surroundings, a delightful, peaceful campus in mid-August; + Parking was free, Internet was easily accessible; - From our room, there was a steep walk up/down to the bus stop & car park, not good for bad knees; - The mattress was horribly uncomfortable for two people, it felt like we were both rolling into the middle; - The carpet could have done with much better vacuuming; - The toilet seat slipped from side to side; - Good choice of cooked breakfast but only warm, not hot.

Overall ok. Unfortunately room 6 had an unpleasant odour, the mattress in room 5 was very lumpy and uncomfortable - ok for just 1 night. If we had been there longer and rushing due to graduation we would have gone straight to the office in the morning to report this. Otherwise ok

Generally good however mattress/pillow v soft and some marks on bed sheet. Lots of noise from doors closing. Parking a long way from accommodation. Breakfast from canteen poor.

Booking and checking in were easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Loo roll holder is very fiddly! Buses are handy to get into town. Not a cheap option, but not a rip off either.

Beautiful surroundings, good location. Directions to our room not very clear and parking was a long way from the room. Overall great value and we hope to return.

Room was basic but clean and modern. Bathroom small and could do with an update. Extractor fan not working and no window in bathroom. Overall good value

All staff were friendly, smiley and helpful which enhanced the holiday. Breakfast in The Stannery was good value for money.

Check-in takes place at Glasney Lodge Reception from16:00pm and check-out is no later than 10:00am.

Free towels and bed linen are provided, and each room has an en-suite shower room, with a work desk and offers free WiFi. All rooms have access to a fully equipped communal kitchen.

The campus is a contactless campus, so please do not bring cash with you, as this will not be accepted as a form of payment.
