Free private parking is provided with each stay at Hospital House. Private parking for two cars is available at the property, as well as street parking for any other cars.

House Rules:

• No under 25's Unless accompanied by a lead guest of 25 or older.
• The latest we can receive a confirmed booking for check in on the same day is 6 PM. No bookings confirmed after 6 PM with same day arrival.
• Security Deposit of 200.00, in respect of which they will be provided a security deposit recei0t. Post guest departure, once the property has been cleaned and inspected, guests’ security deposits will be returned minus any requisite deductions required in respect of damage or items missing from the property. Within 3 days of departure, guest deposits will normally have been returned to guest accounts.
• In all areas of the property, smoking is strictly forbidden, £200.00 will be charged if there is evidence of smoking in the property. 
• Cleaning fee of £30.00
