Hope University, Liverpool

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, with a nice view. It was very warm, but a fan was provided. I appreciated that the mini-fridge in the room ran silently. The water pressure/temperature in the shower very good, though it was hard to avoid soaking the floor, and the basin didn't drain well. Although arrival instructions were given, the postcode took me to the wrong place, and I'd have appreciated knowing where I could park while I collected the key.

Facilities and everything were very nice - it surpassed my expectations. Unfortunately one of the rooms we booked was adjacent to an events venue which had loud music going until late in the night. Thankfully it cutoff right at midnight, but it would have been nice to know this or to have a different room offered. Ultimately it was just a minor inconvenience, we would definitely consider staying again.

Overall very happy however we had no wifi as the posters around the accommodation started from the 24th I did ask the guy at the security lodge but he didn’t know how to help. Also I booked two rooms at the same time so I would have assumed if possible we would have been next to or close to each other. We were on different floors? Pretty sure there was no one else in the accommodation.

All good apart from the initial search trying to locate the Main University Lodge. However once we accessed the main doors and security office, the security officer on duty was very friendly and helpful.

Great overnight stay, so convenient for dropping our daughter off and will use in the future to visit. Very comfortable room and facilities

Lovely grounds....two guys were really friendly and walked us to our rooms. Parking permit was sorted as promised. Would 100% recommend
