Food & beverage

As well as the traditional Full English Breakfast other options include...Boiled Eggs with a touch of Lumpfish Caviar. This is accompanied by mother's "soldiers" Scottish Porridge with sultanas, honey, maple syrup and cream. Baked Eggs Mill Hay, a sumptuous combination of cherrywood smoked ham, freshly grated parmesan and a dash of cream to turn breakfast into a feast. Oak Smoked Salmon served with fluffy Scrambled Eggs and a touch of lime. A wonderful dish traditionally served in the Great Hotels of the World.

Grounds & Gardens

Set in three acres of immaculate grounds beside a medieval watermill. Relax on teak steamers by the lake or stroll through the ancient rose gardens. The outside world seems a million miles away.
