Overview

Piazza Leonardo 25 comprises one double bedroom, one batrhoom, one living room withsofa and Tv and a small equipped kitchen. The apartment is fully furnished and it is located in a great location in Vomero area, with two metro stations within walking distance. 

Vomero is a centrally located district located on a big hill overlooking the whole city. It offers breath taking views as well as historical sites like Castel Sant'Elmo and Certosa di San Martino. It is very well connected with the rest of the city through three cable car and few metro stations.  

 


Food & beverage

The Self Catering kitchen has all the tools needed to cook yourself breakfast and meals. The surrounding area offers an amazing variety of restaurants, pub and pizzeria. Pizza was invented in Naples so it is worth having one in a typical Neapolitan Pizzeria!

Grounds & Gardens

Villa Floridiana is just a few stops away from the apartment. It is a very large park ideal for relaxing strolls away from the city traffic.

Internet Wifi is complimentary throughtout the building.

The apartment is very well connected to public transportation indeed, it is only 400 meters from Salvator Rosa metro station and 500 from Medaglie D'oro Station.

There are also private car parking opportunities nearby at inexpensive rates.

Other Things to Note:

An extra charge will be applied for late check in:  10€ after 8PM; 20€ after midnight. Extra cleanings (with bedding change) is charged with 50€. Loss of keys is charged with 25€. Late check-out (afternoon) is charged with the price of an additonal night.

Upon your arrival, you will be requested to show an ID.

A deposit of 150 Euros is required upon arrival, which will be refunded at check-out, provided there is no damage caused to the property during your stay. There is also a cleaning fee upon check out of 50 Euros.
