Overview

Mindfulness practice, in its true metaphysical sense, is not just a secular activity.  The word, metaphysics, refers to the spirit aspect of the human being, and is of paramount importance in their programme. .

Participants gain an understanding of the fundamental reasons for the  metaphysical laws of success.  More importantly, they become master practitioners of the laws of  Assumption, Attraction and Manifestation,  Life naturally becomes fulfilled with little or no effort.

Applied Metaphysical Mindfulness isn’t just a theory, it’s a lived philosophy. It means noticing the  truth, metaphysically, that only the present is real, then practicing mindfulness to meet that reality with awareness, compassion, and intention. In doing so,  practitioners don’t merely understand life, they participate in it more fully.

AWAKEN TO THE BENEFITS OF MINDFULNESS AND PRESENCE.

Mindfulness or, Present-Moment Lifestyle, is the best natural way to live a happy, fruitful life. Stress, depression and anxiety can be avoided by this method.

Beware! Mindfulness changes lives...for the better! Students have had positive life changes since undertaking the course and continuing the method after the weekend.

To learn the skills of “Mindfulness”, i.e. awareness, consciousness, alertness, students have to be prepared to learn the process. This means coming to the coaching weekend with an open mind.

Although this is a Christian-based retreat, it is open to all.

Group or Single Bookings are available; Just ask. Individual consultations by appointment.

History

The Foundations

Jon Kabat-Zinn, the founder of modern day mindfulness selected the attitudinal qualities of Non-judgment, Patience, Beginner's mind, Trust, Acceptance, Non-striving and Letting go, amongst others, which he considered to be important, not only to facilitate the learning process, but also to be quite naturally enhanced in the process of mindfulness practice. The MBSR courses he designed are popular in hospitals, universities and other such corporations.

Mental health issues can also be dealt with through the NHS by a referral from GPs to its MBCT programme created  by Mark Williams, to deal especially with depression or anxiety.

Anna was lovely and caring. However, unfortunately the course did not fulfil what we were looking for. The course is best for those who have basic knowledge of mindfulness, learning from scratch and want to understand through hearing about different scenario examples. The course is run 0900-1300 on three mornings so plenty of time for reflection
