Situated in Fair City of Perth, perfect centre and base for touring all of Scotland. Perth is about 1 hour from Edinburgh and 90 minutes from Glasgow. Perth itself has numerous attractions including Scone Palace, Fergusson Gallery, Branklyn gardens and a beautiful town centre. To north and west you can explore Perthshire and Highlands. To east and south is Dundee, St Andrews and beautiful Fife fishing villages of Anstruther, Crail and Pittenweem.

With Rosebank as a base, there are virtually unlimited opportunities for visitors to Scotland, and to Tayside and Fife in particular. Marvel at architecture of historic towns, royal palaces, and picturesque villages. Visit heritage or wildlife centres, play golf at some of many fine courses in area (including St Andrews), relax during a tranquil day's loch fishing, give archery or clay pigeon shooting a try, or thrill at excitement of an off-road driving experience. Or simply enjoy a leisurely scenic drive through some of most beautiful countryside that Scotland has to offer.

We provide room only, we do not offer breakfast.
All rooms have a kettle, mini fridge hospitality tray with tea, coffee and hot chocolate. There are places to eat nearby and Asda supermarket is a 3 minute walk from us. Guests can use dining room to sit and eat their own food and takeaways. There is a toaster, microwave and supply of bowls, plates, cutlery etc.

Check in is from 15.30 - 19.00 hrs unless times are agreed by prior arrangement. Please advise estimated time of arrival when booking.
