The University is on the left-hand side with the entrance to Woodbines Avenue (pedestrians only) opposite. Follow Woodbines Avenue to the end and turn left into Portsmouth Road. Keep going straight on over traffic lights and Seething Wells is approximately 50 yards on the left-hand side.

The University also has its own bus service3, which runs during term time and is free to University students and staff.

By car: Take the M25 to junction 9 and then the Leatherhead A243. Follow the road all the way to the Hook roundabout (still the A243) where you go straight over, following the signposts to Surbiton/Kingston. Follow Hook Road into Brighton Road. All was good. Thanks for hospitality.

As a former student resident at Seething Wells during the 2014-2015 academic year; it felt great to be back home. It felt like I never left. It was also nice to visit with the locals of Surbiton!

A great experience and a great lodging. Thank you very much!.

Jonathan D | 22/07/2014

The porters were extremely friendly and helpful. The shower was cold my first day, and the pillow and comforter were not very comfortable, but otherwise, I was satisfied with the room.

Overall, I had a fine experience staying at Seething Wells. The check-in and check-out procedure was very convenient and easy, and the dorm provided quite good value for the cost.

Excellent value for money in convenient location. Very clean room and kitchen. However I do feel 1 (rather small) towel was not adequate.
