Lovely greeting/check-in experience; perfect room/en-suite; loved the hot shower and the tea/coffee supplies; Everything clean/fresh; Had a fun, friendly evening in the bar downstairs and a smooth departure. Thank you to Billy and your staff - I really enjoyed my one night at The Shoes - and will definitely be back in the future. Easy walking distance to the City Centre; frequent bus services for getting out and about; eateries/stores very handy. Couldn't ask for a better location.

It delivered what it said it would. It was clean, comfortable and friendly. I enjoyed the 2 nights I had there although at my age the stairs were a bit of a challenge. People lovely and welcoming
