History

The Georgian farmhouse was originally built in 1820 and has been in the Stamp family since 1920. The fifth-generation now farm the land and welcome guests to their home. The accommodation has won numerous awards over the years and in 2009 it was awarded Bronze in the East Midlands Best Bed and Breakfast category helping celebrate the high level of standards the property maintain.

Food & beverage

Breakfast is served in the property's elegant dining room with its far-reaching views over the fields. Grange B&B are members of Taste of Lincolnshire, and ensure all the produce is sourced and grown locally. The traditional Lincolnshire breakfast is the property's speciality, with Lincolnshire sausages and bacon, eggs from the property's chickens roaming freely around the grounds, fruit in season and local honey and preserves. Open log fires blaze in the hearth in winter.

A welcome tray of tea and cakes is served on arrival, giving you a chance to unwind.

The house is set in extensive gardens with grass and hard tennis court. A grass airstrip is adjacent to the farm welcoming guests wishing to fly in. An award-winning farm trail is accessible from the house where an abundance of wildlife can be seen, with snowdrops, bluebells, boxing hares, birdsong, crickets, dragonflies and kingfishers.

Try fishing in the picturesque trout lake or simply sit at the water's edge and watch the sun go down.
