Dating back to the early 1700’s the Highwayman Hotel at Kidlington in Oxfordshire has been a coaching inn, hotel and public house for 300 years.
Located to the north of Kidlington on the A4260 this friendly family run Hotel is ideally situated for those with business commitments but better still if you’re visiting Oxford for pleasure. Off road overnight Parking is both free and secure with the access monitored by CCTV. You can enjoy a drink or meal in our pleasant canal side pub garden and meet the friendly Highwayman staff who will be pleased to help you with all that you need.
We offer a choice of accommodation including twin, double and single bedrooms, all of which come with an en-suite bathroom and shower and are tastefully decorated. Televisions and tea & coffee making facilities can be found in all the rooms. Rooms are mainly located at 1st floor level but we can accommodate those who find the stairs difficult to manage. In keeping with tradition we offer some rooms with whirlpool baths and one with a four poster Bed, potential; guests must enquire directly with the hotel.
Reception is at the public bar where you can enjoy traditional cask ales, fine wines and spirits as well as fresh coffee and tea. We have a restaurant for breakfast lunches and evening meals with all food cooked on the premises. Packed lunches and Room Service are also available upon request.
We are the only Public House in Kidlington offering accommodation if you are looking for a comfortable room and excellent food in a welcoming atmosphere. Our bed and breakfast rates are very competitive and further discounts may be achieved if you consider Non Refundable and Room Only options.
