Cozy Old Town Apartment by the Meadows, City of Edinburgh

The flat is situated in the highly sought after Buccleuch area, just south of the city centre and within walking distance of the Meadows. It features two bedrooms one of which has one double bed plus a floor bed, meaning the property can sleep a total of 6 people.

Every room has a wardrobe, dresser and chair, so there’s plenty of space for all your things!

The bathroom is looking stunning, as you can see from the pictures. The kitchen comes fully equipped, providing you with all the utensils you need should you be planning to cook. It also has a washer, meaning you can keep all your clothing fresh whilst you are on the go. The living area has lots of seating and a nice TV

I take pride in the appearance of all my properties and will ensure fresh bedding, towels and shampoo etc are provided for all guests.

In addition to what I have listed above the flat also features free high speed WiFi and all windows are double glazed. There is free parking on the street outside all day Sunday and after 6pm Monday to Saturday.


Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the full apartment and usage of all the amenities detailed above.

Interaction With Guests:

This property operates on a self-checking in system. Once you have completed your booking I will send you an access code for the key safe located beside the front door which will allow you to check in (this can also be found in the self checking in instructions). I will not be on site during your stay but will only be a phone-call away at all times should any issue arise.
