Robbie and Michelle would like to welcome you to our lovely old farmhouse, relax in our large comfortable rooms and enjoy the views of the countryside.
Set in approximately eight acres, halfway between Kelsale and Yoxford, we are ideally situated for exploring all that Suffolk Heritage coast has to offer, including beautiful villages of Walberswick, Southwold and Dunwich, Minsmere Nature Reserve, Snape – with its world famous Concert Hall, Aldeburgh and Thorpeness.
Our 4 rooms are all en-suite with walk in showers.
The ground floor room can be set with either 2 single beds or one super king bed, as can the super king room and the family room has a king and a single bed. There is a garden room available for guests to relax and enjoy views of the garden and an outside seating area.
An electric vehicle charging point is available for guests to book.
Local towns include an abundance of things to see and do. Sutton Hoo, Framlingham Castle, Orford Castle, Minsmere nature reserve, Snape Malting Concert Hall, golf courses, horse riding and sailing are but a few of the attractions within striking distance.
