Outside of the property, there is a bus stop with great transport links to central London, as well as stopping directly outside Goldhawk Road & Shepherd's Bush London Underground stations.

Please note no meals are offered on site. There are vending machines for drinks and snacks located on the ground floor. The property is well located for restaurants and is a 20 minute journey from Westfield White City, where there are a number of eateries.

Each room has its own private high speed internet connection. This is powered by Ask4 and requires a very brief form to be filled in to get unrestricted access across the whole building. The property has a pay per use laundry service on site and can store luggage until 9pm, there is a charge of £5 per person for this service. There are a number of television lounges located across the property.
