Conveniently situated on the A390 and close to the railway station, it is ideally located for business trips or leisure breaks in Cornwall.
The world renowned Eden Project, Lanhydrock House (the most popular National Trust property in the County) and quaint fishing ports at Fowey, Looe and Polperro are all less than 30 minutes away.
