This sunny house is spacious and practical, set overlooking a large, tranquil garden with furniture and a fire pit. With its fantastic location it is just a short walk to the beach and is surrounded by many scenic walks. The historic harbour town of Yarmouth is a quick walk away with its choice of pubs, deli, bakery and boutique shops. Walk or bike straight from the door for many stunning routes around the island or head to the quiet beach at the end of the road with pockets of golden sand and tranquil water. Spot a red squirrel in the garden or hop over to Freshwater Bay to hike up to Tennysons monument, visit the Needles or take in the incredible cliff top views. Walk along the stunning Compton Bay beach or visit the sunny piano cafe in Freshwater for a great coffee, there is always something fun to do all year. The house has a well stocked kitchen and large living space with a working gas fire for those colder months after a walk along the beach.

You can easily fit two families here with 9 beds and 3 bathrooms and plenty of parking in the drive way. Dog friendly so bring your furry friends.

Living Space
There is a large living room with a TV and access to the sun room and garden. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a bath and one with a shower) are on the ground floor great if you stairs are a challenge. The largest bedroom has a king and single bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The second room opposite is a charming double. Upstairs is another large bedroom with an en suite and plenty of space for a travel cot (provided) if needed. The fourth bedroom is a double with large wardrobe and drawers.

An amazon firestick, a good selection of DVD's and board games are provided for your entertainment needs. Also available are a high chair, black out blinds, travel cot with real mattress, baby linens, baby monitor, stair gates, changing mat and toys.

Washer and dryer also available for guest use.
