In order to maintain the high standard of the property and in respect to our neighbours, we operate a strict ‘no party’ policy. We take a £200 security deposit which is returned on the day of check out as long as there is no major damage, excessive mess and security services are not employed during your stay.
We cannot accept bookings without a valid ID matching the booking name.

The house is located on Robert Street, one of the most desirable areas, in the heart of the city, short walk away from the Brighton beach and less than 5 minutes (390 yards) away from the main Brighton rail station. Once inside the house offers a well presented cosy sitting room with beautiful furniture, large TV and Sky entertainment ready for you to enjoy and plenty of cushions and blankets for you to relax at the end of the day. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, located at the back of the house, providing a very quiet retreat of a room, where all family and friends can get together. The classy black and white themed bathroom is also on the first floor. On the second floor you will find two stunning double bedrooms, boasting by double beds with new mattresses and mattress toppers for your utmost comfortable sleep, plenty of wardrobe space, rocking chair and silver deco in both rooms and quiet and serene ambiance throughout.
We made every effort to provide a true ‘home-away-from-home’ experience, by decorating and setting the property up as if we were living there ourselves.
