Welcome to Mount Tavy Cottage, a 250 year old former gardener’s cottage set in 10 acres of land. We are located only a 10 minute walk away from the boundary of the 368 square miles of Dartmoor National Park and about the same distance from the picturesque town centre of Tavistock, where there is still a weekly market.
The Cottage offers two beautifully furnished bedrooms, comprising a family room and a four poster room. Both have their own spacious private bathrooms with free standing bath and separate shower.
The Garden Studios named The Potting Shed and The Tack Room offer spacious accommodation and hospitality facilities, i.e. fridge, hob, microwave, toaster and tea making facilities so you can be very independent and come and go as you please. Both studios can be made up to include either king size or twin beds with the additional facility of a single bed on a mezzanine landing.
