Aperçu

St. Anne's offers well-appointed ensuite accommodation which includes twin-bedded rooms (no doubles). In addition accommodation with washbasins and shared facilities are available overlooking the main quad. St. Anne also has some more basic accommodation with shared facilities to suit most budgets.

All bedrooms are provided with bed linen, towels, toiletries including hair and body wash, hospitality trays and provide a clean and comfortable place to stay.  

Please note, the minimum age for guests is 18, and Stag or Hen Parties are not permitted out of respect for other guests.

Histoire

St. Anne's began in 1879, extending a University education to women who could otherwise not have afforded it.

It became a full College of the University in 1952 and has taken both men and women since 1979. It is now one of Oxford's largest Colleges for both graduates and undergraduates.

The prices include full English breakfast which is served in the Dining Hall between 7.30am until 9am week days and between 8am and 9.30am at weekends. (unless otherwise stated on the room type title booked, please note that some rooms are offered as Room only).

Wireless internet access is available in all bedrooms.

In close proximity of Marston Ferry Leisure Centre which has a swimming pool and gym facilities.

Hairdryers, irons and ironing boards are available from the Lodge and the guests can pay £10.00 deposit, which is refundable when the hairdryer is returned to the Porter's Lodge.

Unfortunately, there is no parking available at the College, however, the Pear Tree and Water Eaton park and rides are very convenient.

Excellent location for reaching Broad street and Jericho areas easily by foot. Very Comfortable bed, and in the heat its air conditioned cool was well received! Also was nice to be able to open the little balcony door to catch the evening breeze. However when the door was open the sounds from grounds and street are very loud, though not s9 bad when closed. There is also no cushion on the door from the stairwell, which makes a loud clang when closed, even if closed carefully.

Lovely stay at St Anne’s College. I arrived late and was welcomed by the porter. The room was spacious, with a small balcony, a good-sized bathroom, towels, and useful amenities including a kettle, tea, coffee, biscuits, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Great location, just a 10–15 minute walk from the city centre. Breakfast was simple but good, with cooked options. I would happily stay here again.

Standard college room with spotless en suite shower room. Everything I needed as I was teaching summer school in another college nearby. Felt very safe too with the Porters on duty all night. Comfortable, single bed. I slept very well. Breakfast included delicious fruit salad and very good scrambled eggs - unusual in a college canteen. Altogether good value for money.

The staff were particularly helpful and welcoming. The room was comfortable and located in a quiet area of the college surrounded by pretty gardens.
