Situated within five acres of tranquil leafy grounds, and only a 10 minute stroll from the centre of Oxford, St. Anne's is an ideal base from which to explore the city.

St. Anne's offers well appointed ensuite accommodation which includes twin bedded rooms (no doubles). In addition accommodation with washbasins and shared facilities is available overlooking the main quad. St. Anne's also has some more basic accommodation with shared facilities to suit most budgets.

All bedrooms are provided with bed linen, towels, toiletries including hair and body wash, hospitality trays and provide a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Please note, the minimum age for guests is 21, and Stag or Hen Parties are not permitted out of respect for other guests. 

History to the present day

St. Anne's began in 1879, extending a University education to women who could otherwise not have afforded it.

It became a full College of the University in 1952 and has taken both men and women since 1979. It is now one of Oxford's largest Colleges for both graduates and undergraduates.

The prices include full English breakfast which is served in the Hall between 8.00am - 9.00am. (unless otherwise stated on the room type title booked, please note that some rooms are offered as Room only).

In close proximity of Marston Ferry Leisure Centre which has a swimming pool and gym facilites.

Hairdryers, irons and ironing boards are available from the Lodge and the guests can pay £10.00 deposit, which is refundable when the hairdryer is returned to the Porter's Lodge.

Unfortunately there is no parking available at the College, however the Pear Tree and Water Eaton park and rides are very convenient.

St Anne's was a great place to stay for my purpose - being in Oxford while my child attended interviews. On arrival please report to the Lodge which is situated at the main entrance to St. Anne's College where you will be given a key and directed to your room(s). 

If you arrive before 1300 hours and your room is not ready, you may leave your luggage at the Porters' Lodge which is staffed 24 hours a day.

Directions:

Unfortunately there is no parking available at the College, however the Pear Tree and Water Eaton park and rides are very convenient.

The College is about a 30 minute walk from the railway station (taxis are available outside Oxford train station) and 15 - 20 minutes' walk from the bus and coach station.
