For arrivals to the St Johns Campus, please report to main Reception situated in the Edward Elgar building of the campus.  At the reception desk you will be issued with the keys or access cards for your allocated room. Please note earliest check in time is 2.00pm. Should you anticipate arriving before 2.00pm please contact the conference team in advance of your arrival to arrange luggage storage or early check in, contact details will be outlined on your booking confirmation receipt.

On the day of departure please check-out by 10.00am. Please ensure keys and access cards are returned to the main Reception of the Campus prior to your departure. Lost or not returned keys will incur a charge of £35 per item. Should you wish to leave your luggage during the day in a secure storage facility, this can be arranged for you, providing the request is made in advance of your departure.

By Car: Pay and Display car parking is available at the St Johns Campus. Parking permits are available on request.

From A44 Worcester city centre. At roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A44 city centre. Keep in left-hand lane to continue forward onto the A44 Leominster. At Worcester Cathedral roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A44. Bear right onto unnamed road. Turn right onto the A44. Bear left onto the A443 (B4206). Turn left onto Henwick Road. Enter via the University's Severn Gate entrance in Henwick Road.

By Train: If arriving by train and you have the time, the walk from Worcester Foregate Street station to the St John's Campus takes approximately 25 to 30 minutes. Taxi from the station to the Campus will cost around £5.00 - £10.00
