Breakfast is served between 8.00am-9.00am in the main dining hall to the left of main reception in the Edward Elgar building. If you have not pre-booked breakfast cash/card payments are accepted at the till on the day. The dining room is open from 8.00am–2.00pm serving hot and cold food or alternatively the Pear Tree Café situated in the students union is open between 10.00am–8.00pm.

Special dietary requirements can be catered for, please specify in the additional information section of the booking form, and when booking allowing at least 5-7 days notice. Please note for Halal and Kosher meat, we would require at least one week’s notice prior to arrival. This is required so that we can arrange for the meat to be bought in and sealed in advance of your booking.

Access to the internet is provided via an ICT guest account. This enables access to University networked PCs, the University’s wireless network and ResNet. Internet access is available and free to all guests who are over 18 years of age.
Please liaise with the Venue Hire team prior to arrival with reference to being provided with guest account access details for the duration of stay.
