B & B AL CENTRO har en strategisk beliggenhet mellom Sorrentos gamle, kunstneriske og kommersielle sentrum.

Ligger i tredje etasje i en historisk bygning uten heis, med utsikt over Napolibukten, er det et ideelt sted å nyte byen til fots, blant de luksuriøse handlegatene, de mange suvenirbutikkene, restaurantene og barene i den folkloristiske gaten San Cesareo.

Fra den nærliggende Villa Comunale kan du gå eller ta en tur til de eksklusive strendene i Sorrento og havnen i Sorrento, hvor det går daglige hydrofoilbåter til Capri, Ischia og Napoli. Fortryllende å beundre er også marinalandsbyen Marina Grande, kjent for idyllen mellom Donna Sofia og Don Antonio, hovedpersonene i den berømte filmen regissert av den store regissøren Dino Risi: «Pane, Amore e Fantasia».


Historie

You can also visit the Basilica of Sant'Antonino, patron of the city of Sorrento, the complex of the convent of St. Francis of Assisi, consisting of the church, the monastery and the cloister. It dates back to the 14th century and is mainly made in Baroque style. The cathedral of Sorrento dedicated to Santi Filippo and Giacomo, the museum-workshop of the Tarsialignea, which preserves precious and valuable examples of local production and documents the culture and landscape in which it was born and flowered, Sedil Dominova, an elegant lodge located in Largo Dominova and dates back to the XIV century.

The B & B is located in the historic centre of Sorrento, very close to the train station, the bus stops, the best restaurants, the harbour, the beaches, and "Corso Italia" the shopping street par excellence.

By car: Take the A3 Napoli-Salerno highway, exit at Castellammare di Stabia. Continue on the Sorrento State Road (SS145) and follow the directions. 

By plane: The nearest national and international airport is Naples-Capodichino. It is possible to make use of the bus links to Sorrento by private or public bus on request.

By train: At Naples Central Station you can take the Circumvesuviana line to Sorrento. The route is about 1 hour with departures every 30 minutes.

By hydrofoil: Daily service with connections from Naples and Capri.
