历史

The 19th-century building overlooks the historical Links park, where a plaque states that the area was one of the earliest known locations where the game of golf was played in Scotland.

Black Ivy rooms opened in December 2017, having newly refurbished; stepping out onto the popular Bruntsfield-scene to deliver its 'Local Luxury for all' ethos to local residents and visitors alike.

The Black Ivy focuses on local luxury for all, being passionate about serving great food and drinks in a warm and friendly, stylish environment. The Bar is stocked with great gins, interesting wines and of course Innis & Gunn Tank Beer is the centre-piece of a diverse beer range. offering comfort dishes across our food menus, so guests find quality ingredients, classic dishes and a few gourmet twists and surprises along the way.
