Key Safes located outside the Main Reception are available so you can retrieve keys after Reception is closed, and you can check in at any time. Full details are sent only on the day of arrival via WhatsApp.
You must be over 18 to check in independently. Children under 18 are not permitted to stay by themselves unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

We are a peaceful and welcoming guest house situated in a prime location in central London. We are located in a lovely, quiet residential area of West Hampstead with excellent connections in and out of London. A quintessential London neighbourhood vibe with local shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants just a short stroll away.
We provide a variety of room types, some with their own bathrooms and some with shared bathrooms, to suit all budgets. We are very conveniently located for access to Wembley Stadium, the conference centre, and to the City.
